48-Hour Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and in good condition. If you are not satisfied with the animal
for any reason, you must contact us within 48 hours of time of delivery. We are available for assistance before
and after the sale; however, we cannot be held responsible for conditions that affect the animal's health
after the 48-hour time period.
Shipping
Shipping charges are in addition to the total cost of the animal unless clearly stated in writing by Select
Captive Bred. Shipping will be provided by FedEx Overnight Priority service. We can fill customer's carrier
request at our discretion. We are not responsible for carrier delays; however, we will provide you with a
tracking number and assist in any way possible. The customer must be home to sign at first delivery attempt
or all guarantees are null and void.
Payment
Payment must be completed in full before the animal is shipped. Payment will be accepted by the following
methods: wire transfer, Paypal and money orders. Credit cards can be processed through Paypal services.
Payment plans for higher-end animals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
